Delhi Consumer Court has promised to give Rs 75 thousand to an airline of the Middle East. A female passenger had filed a complaint after she lost her bag which contained a lot of valuables.
The woman’s bag was lost
In this case, information has been given that a woman named Asha TV filed her complaint and said that the woman had kept the goods worth about Rs 30 lakh in the garden and it had been misplaced online. In this case, the court has found that this happened due to the negligence of the airline. Due to this, the passengers had to face a lot of trouble and their luggage could not be received on time.
Actually the woman had taken an airline ticket from Sweden to Delhi and she came to Delhi via Berlin and Abu Dhabi. The woman’s bag was placed in another place at Berlin Airport because there was no space in the overhead compartment for her.
