Patna, October 9 (IANS). Bihar Education Minister Sunil Kumar on Wednesday said on the objection of teachers in the matter of transfer posting that on the instructions of the Chief Minister, the public representative also put forth his views. We have come up with the transfer policy very thoughtfully.
He said, “Whenever such a policy comes, we had said in the beginning that some people remain dissatisfied. For this reason, we said that if any other discrepancy remains, then there is a committee at the level of District Magistrate for this. There is a committee at the commissioner level, there is a committee at the headquarters. If a particular person still has any kind of problem, he can express his views.”
He further said, “Along with this, 10 options have been given. Things have been kept in the manual keeping in mind the interests of the teachers. All will be uploaded on the portal soon. Will give you 10 options now. Also, joining will take place during the holidays in December. All people are requested to remain disciplined, so that the education initiatives we have taken can be implemented on the ground.”
He said, “We have also paid special attention to women’s literacy. Especially the drop out has increased from 12 percent to 1 percent. At the same time, 30 percent of the budget has been given for quality education.
He said, “We are preparing the list according to the policy made through the software. This list will be ready soon. No human contact is needed. He will upload it. The work will be done as per the policy made according to the software on the portal. Everyone will be joining in December.”
