If constipation persists even after eating fiber rich food, include these things in your diet.

Constipation Relief Food: In case of constipation, it is often advised to eat fiber rich foods. Due to which constipation sometimes increases. In such a situation, eat these foods, which will help in providing relief from constipation.

One has to face many problems due to constipation. In medical term, when bowel movement decreases or there is difficulty in passing stool, then constipation occurs. Generally, when there is constipation, the stool becomes very dry and hard. Additionally, there is a feeling that the stomach is not completely cleansed. Due to which one feels discomfort and feeling full throughout the day.

To deal with the problem of constipation, it is often advised to eat fiber rich foods. But if constipation has occurred due to fiber rich foods then it is important to eat laxative foods to increase bowel movement. Due to which the problem of constipation ends. Therefore, include such foods in your diet which are not only rich in fiber but also have laxative properties.

What do laxative foods do?

Laxative foods help the stool to move and pass easily through the intestines. Therefore include these foods in your diet.

Flaxseed or flaxseed oil

Include flax seeds or flax seed oil in your diet. These are not only rich in fiber but they also have laxative effect. Which helps in passing stool.

chia seeds

Chia seeds are mostly used for weight loss. But when chia seeds are soaked and eaten, it produces a laxative effect. With the help of which it helps in passing the stool.

Fig

Figs are a panacea for constipation. Apart from being fiber rich, soaked figs also have laxative properties.

prunes

Soaking dried plums or prunes and eating them provides relief from constipation. It contains soluble fiber which helps in cleaning the stomach naturally. In the language of Ayurveda, it is called natural laxative.

fenugreek seeds

By soaking fenugreek seeds, they swell and their ability to absorb water increases. Eating soaked fenugreek seeds daily provides relief from constipation.
