1. Almonds- The first item in this list is almonds. This nut contains good fats, which control cholesterol levels. Its properties are more beneficial by keeping it soaked. According to the doctor, almonds are also very good for our heart. Almonds contain Vitamin E, which helps our skin and brain cells to function properly.

2. Fenugreek seeds- The next thing in the mixture of 5 things is fenugreek seeds. Drinking water from fenugreek seeds helps in reducing diabetes, but eating soaked fenugreek also has many benefits. Fenugreek seeds reduce sugar level. Along with this, these seeds also help you in diseases related to digestion. These have anti-inflammatory properties, which can also reduce bone and muscle pain.

3. Chia Seeds- These small black seeds are very beneficial for our overall health. Heart patients should consume chia seeds regularly. These seeds are best known for their omega-3 fatty acids properties. These elements help in reducing heart and joint pain. Eating them after soaking them keeps your stomach full for a longer time.

4. Raisins- People who suffer from low hemoglobin level should consume raisins daily. These can double the amount of iron in the body in a short time, that too in a natural way. Eating soaked raisins also supplies fiber to the body, which makes it easier to clean the stomach.

5. Sunflower seeds- These seeds are an excellent source of Vitamin E. This benefits both skin and hair. Apart from this, sunflower seeds contain magnesium, which is considered beneficial for our heart. Magnesium also controls the blood pressure of the body.

What is the right way to eat them?
We have to eat these things together but the way of preparing them is something like this. For this, you will have to soak the almonds separately in a bowl and you can soak all the other things separately in a big bowl. You will have to take about 6 to 7 almonds, 7-8 raisins and 1-1 teaspoon of all the remaining seeds. You have to keep them soaked in water overnight. In the morning, you can take them out of water and mix them with curd and eat. If you want, you can also add a little honey to it for taste.
