According to Sadhguru, if any food remains in the stomach for more than 3 hours, it means that you have eaten bad food. Sadhguru is a motivational speaker who keeps sharing tips related to life and health with people. Recently, through one of his videos, he has told people about 3 such foods which are beneficial for everyone and can be eaten by people of all ages. It can even be eaten for weight loss.

1. Coarse grains

Sadhguru explains that coarse grains are the most beneficial grains. If you include these in your diet instead of roti and rice, you will be full of energy throughout the day and will always remain healthy. Consuming coarse grains also keeps the blood sugar level in the body under control. Whole grains are rich in fiber and protein, which means you can include them in your weight loss diet.

2. Leafy vegetables

Sadhguru says that leafy and green vegetables are such food items which remain in the stomach for a long time, and most of them are excreted from the body, but they perform one of the most important functions related to our health. Leafy vegetables are full of fiber, so these vegetables help in cleaning the body from inside. If you eat green leaves both raw and cooked, you will definitely get benefits. Sadhguru believes that eating these vegetables may or may not provide nutrition, but they should be eaten for cleansing and detoxification. The right time to eat them is in the morning for breakfast.

3. Fresh fruits

Fruits are the most quickly digested food. Sadhguru says that eating fruits gives instant energy to the body. If people of any lifestyle include fruits in their diet, their health will automatically start improving. However, they also say that fruits should be eaten in limited quantities only. Eating fruits does not make the stomach feel full, but the body remains energetic. The right way to eat fruits is to include fruits in your lunch. You have to eat fruits intermittently because fruits get digested quickly, which leads to feeling hungry again and again.
