How to improve your sleep?

It is very important to take about 7-8 hours of sound sleep at night. If you are not able to get enough sleep every day, then gradually you will become a victim of serious diseases. However, due to poor lifestyle and following unhealthy diet plan, your sleep cycle can be badly affected. If you also keep tossing and turning while lying on the bed and are unable to sleep, then you should definitely try these methods.

Do not sleep during the day- If you want to sleep peacefully at night, then you should stop sleeping during the day. Due to sleeping for too long during the day, you may face difficulty in sleeping at night.

Take a bath with lukewarm water – You can remove all your tiredness by taking a bath with lukewarm water before sleeping at night. When your body feels relaxed, you will automatically fall into deep sleep as soon as you lie down on the bed.

What to eat and what not to eat – Things like chamomile tea, lavender tea, fennel and ashwagandha can release your stress and improve your sleep quality. At the same time, caffeine, alcohol and smoking can badly damage your sleep cycle.

Set time- Set time for sleeping at night and waking up in the morning. Even if you don’t sleep at 10 o’clock at night, you have to lie down in bed as soon as 10 o’clock. Lie down in bed at the same time for a week and see the positive effects automatically.

Switch off the TV/Laptop – If you really want to sleep peacefully, then stop watching TV, working on the laptop or using the phone about one to two hours before sleeping at night, otherwise you will face difficulty in sleeping. may have to.
