The Indian stock market also closed with a decline on Thursday. Bombay Stock Exchange index Sensex today closed at 80,065, down 0.02 per cent or 16.82 points. At the time of market closing, out of 30 Sensex shares, 19 shares were on the green mark and 11 shares were on the red mark. At the same time, the National Stock Exchange index Nifty closed at 24,399 today with a decline of 0.15 percent or 36.10 points. At the time of market closing, out of 50 shares of Nifty, 26 shares were on the green mark and 24 shares were on the red mark.

There was a decline in these shares

Among Nifty pack shares, the biggest decline today was Hindustan Unilever by 5.84 per cent, SBI Life by 4.71 per cent, Hindalco by 3.78 per cent, Nestle India by 2.80 per cent and Bajaj Auto by 2.71 per cent. At the same time, the highest rise was recorded in UltraTech Cement by 2.58 percent, Shriram Finance by 1.82 percent, Titan by 1.47 percent, Grasim by 1.41 percent and Mahindra & Mahindra by 1.31 percent.

Nifty FMCG fell 2.83%

Talking about sectoral indices, the biggest decline was recorded in Nifty FMCG by 2.83 percent. Apart from this, 0.52 percent decline was recorded in Nifty Auto, 0.19 percent in Nifty IT, 0.17 percent in Nifty Media, 0.23 percent in Nifty Metal, 1.13 percent in Nifty Realty, 0.39 percent in Nifty Consumer Durables. Apart from this, 0.78 percent in Nifty Midsmall Healthcare, 0.07 percent in Nifty Oil & Gas, 0.37 percent in Nifty Healthcare Index, 0.37 percent in Nifty Private Bank, 1.22 percent in Nifty PSU Bank, 0.44 percent in Nifty Pharma, 0.43 percent in Nifty Financial Services. And Nifty Bank registered a rise of 0.57 percent.
