The 10-year-old son of Rohtak Zilla Parishad member Neelam Khatri was allegedly kidnapped from Ismaila village, the Tribune reported. Her husband Advocate Jagbir Khatri alleges that the kidnappers have called and threatened his wife. According to Jagbir, the kidnappers have threatened that if they do not vote in favor of Zilla Parishad President Manju Hooda, they will kill the son.
