PM Modi’s road show with the Prime Minister of Spain
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez is on a visit to India. He reached Vadodara city of Gujarat early on Monday. He is on his first official visit to India. He is also scheduled to visit Mumbai on Tuesday before returning to Spain. Spain’s PM Sanchez along with Prime Minister Modi jointly inaugurated the Tata Aircraft Complex for manufacturing of C-295 aircraft at Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) in Vadodara on Monday morning. Before the inauguration, he participated in a road show with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Mega road show of about three and a quarter kilometers
PM Modi did a road show with the Prime Minister of Spain in Vadodara. His road show was about three and a quarter kilometers from Vadodara airport to Tata plant. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the people of Vadodara regarding his road show. A large number of people gathered. Since morning, people gathered on both sides of the route of his road show to see him. People stood with posters and banners.
PM Modi had laid the foundation stone in 2022
Let us tell you that in the year 2022, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had laid the foundation stone for the construction of C 295 Aircraft Manufacturing Facility Complex. A total of 40 C-295 aircraft will be manufactured in this aircraft complex of Tata in Vadodara. This is the first private sector aircraft manufacturing facility in the country. There are plans to make a total of 56 aircraft under the construction of C-295 aircraft.
Inauguration of projects worth Rs 4800 crore
16 of which are being delivered by Airbus directly from Spain. Whereas, the remaining 40 are to be manufactured in India. Along with this, PM Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of projects worth Rs 4800 crore. This includes projects related to railways, highways and rivers.

Bilateral meeting at Lakshmi Palace
The Tata Aircraft Complex in Vadodara to manufacture C-295 aircraft is the first private sector final assembly line for military aircraft in India. After inaugurating the aircraft complex, PM Modi and Sanchez will visit the historic Lakshmi Vilas Palace, the residence of the erstwhile Baroda royal family, officials said. Where they will hold a bilateral meeting over lunch.
Route diversion done due to road show
Vadodara city police conducted ground rehearsals with 70 vehicles on the route of the road show and on a 10-km stretch from the Tata Aircraft Complex to Lakshmi Vilas Palace. Officials said the city traffic police has issued an order regarding diversion of routes for Monday in view of the movement of VVIPs.
PM Modi will also visit Amreli
After inaugurating the Tata Aircraft Complex, PM Modi will visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace. After this he will go to Amreli. Where PM Modi will inaugurate Bharat Mata Sarovar in Dudhala at around 2:45 pm.
