Business News Desk – Many big changes are going to be implemented in the country from November 2024 i.e. tomorrow, which can affect your pocket. From tomorrow, important changes will be seen in many rules related to LPG cylinder, credit card rules and mutual funds. Let us know about these 3 big changes.
LPG cylinder price
On the first of every month, petroleum companies release new rates of LPG cylinders and this time this update is expected to come on 1st November. There has been no change in the price of domestic 14 kg LPG cylinder for some time, while the price of commercial cylinder (19 kg) has increased by Rs 94 in the last three months. This also includes the recent increase of Rs 48.50 in Delhi on October 1. The rates of ATF and CNG-PNG will also be updated on the same day and it is expected that the price of ATF may fall further.
New rules of SBI credit card
Some rules of SBI card are changing from 1st November. Finance charges on SBI unsecured credit cards have been increased to 3.75% per month. Also, if customers pay electricity, water, LPG or other utility bills of more than Rs 50,000 through credit card, an additional charge of 1% will be levied.
New rules in mutual funds
SEBI has implemented strict rules from November 1 to increase transparency in mutual funds. Under the new rules, compliance officers of mutual fund companies will now have to disclose any transaction of more than Rs 15 lakh made by the nominee or his close relatives.
