The risk of this bone disease increases as the cold increases, know the right way to avoid it.

Health News Desk: With the arrival of winter, the problem of arthritis patients increases. Most people get troubled by pain. But, its reasons are not known. You may be surprised to know that winter causes many problems including stiffness in joints. What happens is that in the winter the body tries to conserve more heat and pumps more blood to the organs in the middle part of your body, such as your heart, lungs and digestive organs. Because of this, your body pumps less blood to your legs, knees, arms, shoulders and other joints. Apart from this, there are many reasons for joint pain. Let us know about this in detail.

Why do joints hurt in winter?
In winter, blood circulation freezes, due to which the blood vessels in the joints shrink. Due to this, those areas become hard and cold and this increases the pain in the area. In such a situation, when you are active or put pressure on the joints of your legs while running, such pain increases significantly. Apart from this, one of the reasons behind reduced blood circulation is being less physically active in this season, which reduces the movement between the bones, this increases bone pain and increases the problem of joint pain.

How to prevent joint pain in winter
Do exercise: Warm-up exercise can be helpful in rapidly reducing the problem of joint pain in winter. Because by doing this the blood circulation increases and it produces heat and prevents pain in the joints.

Bathe with hot water: Bathing in hot water can reduce joint pain. This is because it reduces stiffness between the bones and provides relief to the joints. This widens the blood vessels, improves blood flow and reduces joint related problems.

Consume anti-inflammatory things: Consuming anti-inflammatory things like turmeric, ginger, clove, ghee and black pepper can help in reducing pain. These things work like analgesic and reduce the problem of joint pain. So, take special care of these things in winter.
