Recipe to make sweets from Sattu
-First of all, take roasted gram, tie it in a cloth and remove all the peel.
-Now make these grams into a fine powder in a mixer jar.
-Take gram sattu in a thick bottom vessel and add grated coconut to it.
-Also add a cup of ghee and fry on low flame. After roasting a little, turn off the gas flame.
-Take one cup of sugar in another vessel and add half cup of water and cook. Once one string of syrup is formed, mix coconut and gram sattu.
-Stir quickly and mix and take it out on butter paper. Wait for it to cool slightly and keep stirring with a spoon.
-Then knead it like dough with the help of hands and make a long roll.
-Then cut it into 3 inch long pieces and paste finely chopped dry fruits on it.
