Due to which there is pain, swelling in joints and difficulty in walking.

To control uric acid, you can adopt some home remedies along with changes in diet. If uric acid increases, eating two cloves of garlic every morning on an empty stomach will provide great relief. Eating garlic daily improves the digestive system. Eating garlic detoxifies the body and keeps blood pressure and cholesterol normal. Allicin is a compound in garlic that reduces uric acid. Garlic is also beneficial for arthritis and rheumatism patients.

How to eat garlic in high uric acid?

By the way, you can include garlic in any form in your diet. But a uric acid patient gets more benefit by eating raw garlic on an empty stomach in the morning. Peel two cloves of garlic and chew it with lukewarm water in the morning and eat it. If you want, you can eat garlic with tea also. You have to eat garlic regularly for a few days. With this, uric acid will be controlled effectively. Besides, eating garlic will keep your blood pressure under control and cholesterol will also reduce.
