Keep these things in mind during Chhath-
Let us tell you that Chhath festival starts with Nahay Khas. On this day, clean the house thoroughly and prepare satvik food. In particular, the use of garlic and onion should be stopped at home. Therefore, do not use tamasic food and onion and garlic in the house from the first day of Chhath. Prepare Chhath Prasad on the stove.
If a stove is not possible, you can prepare Prasad by thoroughly cleaning the stove or gas stove. Chhath Prasad should be made only by those people who have observed fast. Take special care of cleanliness while making Prasad. On the day of Nahay Khas, take bath, wear clean clothes and eat satvik food. Women observing fast should sleep on the floor. Apart from this, break Chhath fast after offering Arghya to the rising sun. Let us tell you that for Chhath Puja, soup and basket made of bamboo should be used.
