Thyroid cannot be completely cured but it can be controlled with the help of medicines and lifestyle changes.

What to do to balance thyroid-

Avoid stress – Mental and physical stress can increase inflammation in your body and inhibit the production of thyroid hormones. Do meditation to relieve stress.

Good nutrition – Including enough calcium, protein, iodine and magnesium in your diet helps your thyroid function better. Apart from this, people who have thyroid problems are advised to consume foods rich in Vitamin A, B and C.

Regular exercise- Thyroid can be controlled by exercising daily. Daily light workout routine can reduce stress and improve body metabolism. It can improve your thyroid disorders and help keep your weight under control.

How to avoid thyroid?

You can do some things in your daily routine which can reduce the risk of thyroid. These include a healthy diet, regular exercise, quitting cigarettes and getting plenty of vitamin D. Thyroid can be avoided with this.
