Surat: Till date, you might have seen drunkards or lovers pretending to jump from electricity towers to get their point across, but today a unique sight was seen in Surat. Here, fed up with family disputes, a young man climbed onto the roof of the window of the fourth floor of his building and started threatening to commit suicide by jumping down.
Know what is the whole matter
A high voltage drama was witnessed today in Nansad village of Surat district. Fed up with family disputes, a young man went to jump down from the window roof of the fourth floor of his society. When the society people saw him and asked him to get down, he was not ready to listen to anyone. Started threatening to jump down. Eventually the people of the society informed the police and fire department.
The police and firemen who reached the spot tried to convince him but he was not ready to get down. After this, the fire department staff and the police team stood under the building holding the net so that even if the young man jumped down, they could save him. Finally the fire brigade team reached the roof of the building. During this time, the local people and the police kept the young man busy in conversation. After this, the firemen climbed onto the roof of the fourth floor and caught hold of the young man. Ultimately the young man’s life was saved.

Fed up with fights in the family, took such a step
When the police interrogated the young man, they came to know that he lives with his family in Aaraksha Palace of Nansad village and his name is Kamlesh Bhai Kawad. Fed up with the constant fights in the family, he took this step. At present, the police have registered a case of suicide against Kamlesh Kawad.
200 kg man attempts suicide on fourth floor
Let us tell you that last month, another similar case had come to light from Surat when a 200 kg man had tried to commit suicide on the fourth floor. But about a dozen people had to work hard to bring this person down. Actually, a young man living on the fourth floor of an apartment in Amroli, Surat had cut the veins of both his hands to commit suicide. The young man weighing 200 kg had to be brought down from the apartment for treatment but despite all the efforts of the neighbours, he could not do so.
Due to the man being overweight, he could not be brought down. In such a situation, police and fire brigade personnel were called for help to bring down the young man. About 11 policemen and firemen together made a big bag of cloth and made the young man sit in the middle and brought him down from the fourth floor.
