Actually, Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin. Which dissolves easily with water and reaches directly into the blood stream. At the same time, it also gets easily flushed out from the body. Therefore, like fat soluble vitamins, they are not stored in the liver and their deficiency persists.

When to take vitamin B12 supplements
If you are taking Vitamin B12 medicines then it is more beneficial to take it in the morning. Actually, Vitamin B12 helps in producing red blood cells. Due to which oxygen is transported. Energy is boosted and fatigue is removed. Taking Vitamin B12 medicines in the morning provides more energy throughout the day.

Eating at other times of the day does not provide energy
If Vitamin B12 medicines are taken at any other time of the day instead of in the morning, it can cause disturbance in sleep. According to the study, Vitamin B12 produces melatonin. Due to which the sleep cycle is regulated. When it is eaten in the morning, it maintains the circadian rhythm of the body.

How to take Vitamin B12 tablets on an empty stomach or a full stomach?
With time, many people get confused about taking Vitamin B12 medicines whether they should take it on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Many people say that Vitamin B12 supplements are absorbed faster by taking them on an empty stomach. This means that these supplements should be taken half an hour before or two hours after the meal.
