eat at short intervals
If there is a complaint of low blood pressure then fasting for a long time is not right. One should keep eating something every two to three hours. By doing this the body keeps getting things like salt and water.
eat salty foods
Include salty foods in every meal. The amount of salt in the body should not decrease. Blood pressure mostly gets low due to low amount of sodium in the body.
stay hydrated
Keep yourself hydrated throughout the day and drink adequate amount of water. Mix lemon juice in water and add salt and drink. By doing this the body remains hydrated and the amount of sodium will also remain equal.
