Apart from this, if the diet is not good then aging starts appearing rapidly on the skin, which is not easy to reverse later. Today we will especially talk about women because while taking care of others, women often forget to take care of themselves. So let us know what things women should strictly avoid after the age of 30.

avoid sweet things
Consuming excessive sweets is not good at any age, but after the age of 30, one should avoid eating sweets as much as possible. In fact, after the age of 30, metabolism gradually starts slowing down, due to which the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease increases many times more than before. Apart from this, consuming too much sugar leads to appearance of age like pimples, wrinkles, spots and obesity on the face.

Avoid eating too much fried food
After 30, women should avoid consuming fried food as much as possible. At this age, include only healthy home-made food with less oil in your diet. Trans fat is found in excessively fried food, which is very harmful for the body. This increases the risk of heart related diseases. Also, it is not at all good for the skin.

After the age of 30, women should also avoid consuming excessive caffeine. In fact, excessive consumption of caffeine can cause hormonal imbalance, due to which the risk of mental health related issues like depression, anxiety, hypertension increases with increasing age. Along with this, excess caffeine causes the skin to age quickly. This means that wrinkles and fine lines can be seen on your skin at an early age.

Do not consume too much salt
Although salt intake should be reduced at every age, especially after the age of 30, women should reduce salt intake as much as possible. Excessive amount of salt in food can cause blood pressure problems. Apart from this, the risk of heart and kidney related diseases also increases. Women who consume excessive salt after the age of 30 may also have thyroid problems.

Consume less refined carbs
After the age of 30, women should also stay away from refined carbs like white bread, pasta, white rice. Actually, by consuming all these things the blood sugar level increases rapidly. Due to which many other diseases can also occur. After the age of 30, the metabolism of women slows down, due to which the risk of these diseases increases further. Apart from this, their negative impact is clearly visible on the skin also.
