Earlier, in the meeting of NDA parliamentary parties after the Lok Sabha election results, Nitish Kumar had tried to touch the feet of PM Modi while expressing his gratitude towards him, although even at that time PM Modi had stopped him from doing so. After this, Nitish Kumar was attacked by the opposition and he had to face a lot of criticism. Another similar incident had happened earlier also when PM Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar were sitting together on the stage during the 2024 Lok Sabha election campaign, when suddenly Nitish Kumar held Modi’s hand and started looking at his fingers. That video also went viral.
