Voting for the second phase of Jharkhand Assembly elections 2024 is today. Exit polls will also come today. Voting started exactly at seven o’clock, which will continue till six o’clock. State Chief Electoral Officer K. Ravi Kumar said that out of 81 assembly seats, voting will be held on 38 assembly seats. Out of these 38 seats, 18 seats come under the Santhal Pargana region, which includes 6 districts. Out of total 2.60 crore voters, 1.23 crore voters will decide the fate of 528 candidates. The election results will be declared on 23 November. On November 13, 42 percent voting took place in the first phase.
