eight to ten small red onions
one cup fenugreek seeds
half cup rice
½ cup flax seeds
a cup of reetha
-First of all, cut the onion into two pieces along with the peel. Now keep two liters of water in a big glass vessel and soak onion, reetha, flax seeds, rice and fenugreek seeds in it and leave it overnight. These will swell well after soaking overnight.
Next morning, filter the water with the help of a filter and keep it aside. Then remove all the seeds of reetha and throw them away and make a paste by adding onion, fenugreek, rice, flax seeds and reetha in a grinder jar.
-Make sure that the paste is very fine so that all the ingredients mix well. Now filter this paste with the help of a cloth. So that only smooth paste is obtained and all the other useless things are separated. Now soak this paste overnight and filter it and then mix it in water. Homemade chemical free shampoo will be ready. It will become absolutely smooth and smooth, which will be very easy to apply on the hair and you will be able to use it like any normal shampoo.
