One day Salim was returning from work. On the way he saw Salman standing outside his class. He told that Salman has not deposited his fees, hence he has been made to stand outside the class as punishment. Salim said that he has to pay the fees, not the child, hence he should be punished. Due to financial constraints he could not pay the fees. After this Salim went and stood under the flag.
