Vinod Kumar Duggal (English: Vinod Kumar Duggal, born November 26, 1944, Sialkot, Punjab) has been the Governor of the Indian state of Manipur and Mizoram. You have served as an Indian Civil Servant. He also served as Home Secretary.
Vinod Kumar Duggal is a 1968 batch IAS. On 23 December 2013, he was appointed as the Governor of Manipur by the then Indian President Pranab Mukherjee. He was also given additional responsibility as the Governor of Mizoram, as Governor Kamla Beniwal was dismissed on 8 August 2014. In the year 2005, Vinod Duggal also worked as Water Resources Secretary. In 2009 he was appointed as the member-secretary of Sri Krishna Samiti in Telangana. He served as Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi between 1996–2000.
