Dubey had tried to corner the opposition parties including Congress during the Zero Hour of Parliament and had made many serious allegations. Nishikant Dubey said, “Opposition parties keep hatching various designs to destabilize the government. Referring to the Pegasus report, Hindenburg and some other cases, Dubey said that whenever these cases came to light, opposition members immediately posted ‘X’ and Parliament proceedings were not allowed to proceed. He said, “I have ten questions for the Leader of Opposition (Rahul Gandhi).” Referring to the participation of the foreign businessman associated with an NGO in Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra, Dubey asked whether the Leader of Opposition should ask him. Dubey was asking his ten questions to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, but he could not complete his statement and Birla asked Congress member Gaurav Gogoi to raise his issue during Zero Hour. Amidst the noise of Congress members, Gogoi tried to say something but could not be heard. As the uproar continued, Birla adjourned the House proceedings.
