TMC leader Kunal Ghosh said that Bengal is our priority. Mamta ji has worked to stop BJP in Bengal. He said that he is not against anyone, Congress itself is not able to defeat BJP in a direct fight, it should introspect. She can handle the responsibility of India alliance even by sitting in Bengal.
Congress MP Imran Masood has expressed a big reaction to Mamata Banerjee’s statement. She said that she is a big leader, but there is no leader in the country other than Rahul Gandhi who is in a position to lead. Congress leader Varsha Gaikwad said that her party runs on the orders of Mamata ji and we run on the orders of the Congress, hence what she thinks is not what we think.

At the same time, Samajwadi Party leader Udayveer Singh supported Mamata in her statement and said that her wish should be considered. Raising questions on Congress, he said that if the expected success has not been achieved in Haryana and Maharashtra, then Congress is responsible for it because it is a big party.

RJD spokesperson Mrityunjay Tiwari said that the real architect of the opposition alliance against the Bharatiya Janata Party is Lalu Yadav. On his own initiative the first meeting was held in Patna. We all are fighting against BJP in our respective states. Our alliance in Bihar is completely united.
