PWD says that it had given notice to the Mosque Committee 45 days in advance, which means that the court order has not been disobeyed but it has been followed. Secondly, the Supreme Court had said that if any structure has been built encroaching on the road or drains, then the district administration can take action on it. According to the action of PWD, the road is being widened here also, hence the order of the Supreme Court is being followed here also.
