Mobile News Desk – Chinese tech company Realme is preparing to launch its waterproof 5G phone in India this month. Now the company has confirmed that Realme 14x 5G will be launched in India on December 18 at 12 noon. After the launch, the Realme 14x 5G will be available for sale in India via Flipkart, as a microsite for the phone has already gone live. Apart from this, the page also confirms that the price of Realme 14x in India will start from less than Rs 15,000.

The launch of the next smartphone Realme 14x 5G has been confirmed. Realme 14x 5G will be the first smartphone in India to get IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. Realme also said that the smartphone has a diamond-like design, with a back panel that shows the sparkle of crystals and gems when exposed to sunlight. Realme 14x 5G will be offered in three colors – Golden Glow, Jewel Red and Crystal Black. The back panel has what Realme calls a ‘diamond-cut design’. Additionally, the Realme 14x will be the first smartphone in the segment to feature an IP68+IP69 rating for flagship-grade protection against dust and water.

According to the leak, the Realme 14x 5G is going to have a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display. It is said that it will come in 6GB RAM + 128GB, 8GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configurations. It has a 6,000mAh battery.
