PM Modi in Prayagraj: Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached the Mahakumbh area today on Friday before the organization of Prayagraj Mahakumbh. PM offered prayers to Mother Ganga on the banks of Triveni here for the smooth conduct of Maha Kumbh. The pilgrim priests of Sangam performed special puja for Prime Minister Modi. PM returned to Delhi after the inauguration of Akshaya Vat Corridor and Hanuman Mandir Corridor. The PM has also taken with him the gift given by the CM.
PM performed Kumbhabhishek of Kumbh Kalash

The Kumbh Kalash which Prime Minister Narendra Modi worshiped is studded with gems. Pilgrim priest Deepu Tiwari, who had come to worship Ganga, told that the Prayagraj Fair Authority has also placed mango leaf and coconut in this Kumbh Kalash made of Ashtadhatu decorated with pearls to make it into an nectar-like Kalash. Along with this, soil from cowsheds and pilgrimage places was kept in it. Ganga water, Pancharatna, Durba, betel nut and turmeric were also kept in it. A leaf of Akshaya Vat was also kept in it.
The special Kumbh Kalash carried with the Prime Minister
Sadhus and monks from the Akharas who came to the Mahakumbh area witnessed the worship of Mother Triveni on the banks of Triveni. The PM offered prayers with full rituals in the presence of all the saints. The PM worshiped the specially prepared Kumbh Kalash. Pilgrimage priest Deepu Tiwari got this Kumbh Kalash worshiped. Additional Kumbh Mela Officer Vivek Chaturvedi says that this Kumbh Kalash is special. On the request of the Prime Minister, instead of installing this Kumbh Kalash in the Kumbh area, it has been sent to his residence in Delhi. Where it will be installed.
