New Delhi, December 13 (IANS). Influenced by the announcements of Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal, many auto drivers left BJP and joined Aam Aadmi Party. Party’s Delhi State Organization Minister and in-charge of Auto Wing, Gaurav Singh made everyone join AAP by making them wear patka and cap.
During this, the auto drivers said that they are very excited by the five announcements made by Arvind Kejriwal in their interests. If you get one lakh rupees for your daughter’s marriage, it will be of great help. Also, with insurance, the family will no longer have to worry. Arvind Kejriwal does what he says. Till now he has done a lot of work for us. Therefore, now we have joined the Aam Aadmi Party and together we will again bring Arvind Kejriwal’s government.
At the same time, Gaurav Singh said that auto drivers from all over Delhi are calling me and thanking Arvind Kejriwal. Many more auto drivers associated with BJP will soon join Aam Aadmi Party. Gaurav Singh said that some auto fellows who had joined BJP some time ago, influenced by the announcements of Arvind Kejriwal, have left BJP and joined Aam Aadmi Party. He did not get any respect within BJP.
He further said that the auto drivers told that the respect they get in Aam Aadmi Party is not found anywhere else. He has no faith in BJP’s promises either. Whereas Arvind Kejriwal’s guarantee is a sure guarantee. He fulfilled the promises he had made regarding schools, hospitals, electricity and water. He is sure that Arvind Kejriwal will fulfill the promises he has made to the auto owners. The auto drivers said that they will campaign for Arvind Kejriwal with all their heart, mind and soul till the entire elections.
During this, the auto drivers said that Aam Aadmi Party has changed the model of government schools. Earlier in government schools, children used to study sitting on the floor but now they sit on chairs and tables and use computers. I liked the school model of Aam Aadmi Party very much. Arvind Kejriwal will do more good work in Delhi in the coming times. The way of working of Aam Aadmi Party is different from everyone else.
It is noteworthy that Kejriwal has given five guarantees to the auto drivers, in which the government will give Rs 1 lakh to all the auto drivers for the marriage of their daughter. Twice a year, on Holi and Diwali, auto drivers will be given Rs 2,500 each to get uniforms made. Life insurance of Rs 10 lakh each and accident insurance of Rs 5 lakh each will be provided to every auto owner. The government will pay the fees for coaching the children of auto drivers for any competitive examination. The “Ask” app will be restarted.
