New Delhi. Bharat Ratna and veteran BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani is admitted to Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in Delhi. Two days ago, Lal Krishna Advani was admitted to Apollo Hospital. Apollo Hospital administration has informed that BJP leader Advani has been admitted to ICU. His medical management is being done and all kinds of tests are also being done. Bharat Ratna Lal Krishna Advani is being looked after by senior neurologist Dr. Vineet Suri. However, Apollo Hospital administration has not given information due to which disease Lal Krishna Advani has been admitted.
Earlier this year too, Lal Krishna Advani was admitted to Apollo Hospital after his health deteriorated. Earlier, due to sudden ill health, Lal Krishna Advani was admitted in AIIMS, Delhi for several days. Advani is suffering from age related diseases. His age is 97 years. This year, the Modi government had given the country’s highest Bharat Ratna award to Lal Krishna Advani. President Draupadi Murmu herself had gone to Advani’s house to give him this honour. Lal Krishna Advani was born in Karachi in the year 1927. After the partition of the country, his family came to India. Lal Krishna Advani worked with RSS. He was also a journalist. As a journalist, Lal Krishna Advani used to review films.
Lal Krishna Advani was the Deputy PM and Home Minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s NDA government. Lal Krishna Advani is called the Iron Man of BJP. He also took out a Rath Yatra from Somnath to Ayodhya during the Ram Janmabhoomi movement. Whose manager was Narendra Modi. During the Rath Yatra, Advani was arrested by the then Lalu Prasad Yadav government of Bihar. In the year 2009, BJP contested the elections by making Lal Krishna Advani the PM face, but did not gain power. In 2014, Lal Krishna Advani moved away from active politics.
