In the case of suicide of AI engineer Atul Subhash, Bengaluru Police has arrested his wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania and brother-in-law Anurag Singhania and sent them to jail. At the same time, Allahabad High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania, another accused in the case of instigating Atul Subhash to commit suicide. Bengaluru Police had earlier said that after investigating the role of Sushil Singhania, it would decide whether to arrest him or not. At the same time, latest information has also come to light about the son of Atul Subhash, who committed suicide after accusing his wife and in-laws of harassment.
According to the information, after the arrest of Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania, the son has been handed over to a relative. Earlier, Atul Subhash’s father had expressed concern about the safety of his grandson. Atul Subhash had alleged in the suicide note and video that his wife Nikita Singhania does not allow the child to meet him. Atul Subhash has also kept a gift for his son before committing suicide. He has written in a letter that when his son turns 18, he should open the gift and see it. Atul Subhash committed suicide on 9 December 2024 in Bengaluru. Apart from his wife and in-laws, he had also made serious allegations against the judge of the family court.

When the Bengaluru Police team reached Jaunpur in the case of Atul Subhash’s suicide, the mother-in-law and brother-in-law had locked the house and fled away. Both were arrested from a hotel in Prayagraj. Meanwhile, Nikita was arrested by Bengaluru Police from Gurugram. According to the police, Nikita was constantly changing locations. Bengaluru Police got his location after calling a relative. After which Nikita Singhania was arrested.
