If the hanging belly of men is troubling you the most then do this yoga asana daily, the effect will be visible soon.

Lifestyle News Desk: Along with women, men are also troubled by belly fat. Actually, many men are not overweight but a protruding belly is harmful for health. Due to accumulation of fat around the stomach, the stomach bulges out, which also looks unsightly. Dieting does not help in reducing this type of belly fat. For this, yoga asanas done regularly show fast results and help in reducing loose stomach. Know which are those yogasanas.

Balasana
To do Balasana, sit on a yoga mat with your knees bent and keep your hips on the heels. So that all the weight remains on the heels.
Now bend forward and put the chest on the thighs.
Also try to touch your forehead to the floor. This is not possible in initial practice. But this will start happening after continuous practice.
Practice doing this activity 4-5 times daily. This helps in pulling the stomach in.

Setubandhasana
Apart from strengthening the abdominal muscles of women, Setubandhasana is also beneficial for men. To do this, lie down on your back on the mat. Then bend the knees and rest the soles on the ground.
Hold the ankles with both hands and slowly inhale and lift the body up from the back.
During this, the hips and waist should rise and the shoulders should remain on the ground. Doing this asana helps in reducing belly fat.

Naukasana
To do Naukasana, lie down on the mat and raise your legs and upper body in such a way that the body makes the shape of a boat. Doing this asana creates tension in the abdominal muscles and helps in burning fat.
