Engineer Atul Subhash, before embracing death, had made serious allegations against his wife Nikita Singhania, brother and mother-in-law through a suicide note and video. Now another new aspect is emerging in this matter. In fact, the recorded statements of Atul and Nikita have come out in the family court last July. In which Nikita Singhania has said in her statement that she was married to Atul Subhash against her will. She married Atul under pressure from her parents.
father had heart disease
According to Nikita Singhania’s statement, her father had heart disease. He was undergoing treatment at AIIMS for ten years. Due to which his mother Nisha Singhania forced him to marry. Under the pressure of his father’s illness, his mother convinced him for marriage. Nikita also said that after marriage she had told this to Atul Subhash also. Not only this, Nikita had also accused her in-laws of harassing her.
Mother used to instigate against in-laws
Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita Singhania has also said in her recorded statement that after marriage, her mother Nisha Singhania used to call her about four to five times a day. She used to instigate him against his in-laws on the phone.
Atul and Nikita went to Mauritius after marriage
In the statement recorded in the Family Court, Nikita Singhania said that her marriage with Atul Subhash took place with great pomp on 26 June 2019 at Hotel Hindustan International in Varanasi. After marriage, Atul and Nikita went to Mauritius for honeymoon. The entire expense of which was borne by Atul himself. During this time, she had told Atul that her marriage had been done against her will.
