Ahmedabad, December 21 (IANS). ‘Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana’ is proving to be a boon for the poor of the country. Under this scheme, beneficiaries are getting treatment worth Rs 5 lakh annually. The special thing is that under this scheme, patients can get treatment anywhere in the country in a registered hospital. Under this scheme, whether the disease is minor or major, everyone can get treatment for free.
Muralidhar, a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, who is suffering from a fatal disease like cancer, has undergone treatment under ‘Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Yojana’ and now his health is better than before.
Muralidhar got information about the first stage of cancer in the year 2023. Apart from this, he also had kidney problem. He could not afford private treatment. He was treated for cancer in the hospital under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
Muralidhar told that he came to know about cancer in the year 2023. Apart from this, there was also kidney problem. I did not face any problem after my treatment started in the hospital under Ayushman card. All the tests including CT scan, ultrasound and blood reports have been fine and I am getting excellent services. This scheme of PM Modi is a boon for the poor and middle class. I am grateful to PM Modi. I am happy with the 24-hour treatment in this hospital registered under the scheme. I hope to start running very soon.
Muralidhar’s wife Rekha said that when I came to know about my husband’s illness, I was upset, but I gathered courage and decided to face the challenges. Now my husband is fighting this disease strongly and he is slowly recovering. I am very happy with this. I consider PM Modi as my brother, may God give him long life. People are getting a lot of benefits from his Ayushman scheme.
