Kahului (Hawaii): There was a stir in Chicago, America, when suddenly a dead body was seen in the wheel of the plane. Seeing this, there was panic among the passengers. The incident occurred on a flight from Chicago to Maui Island in Hawaii. After the dead body was found in its ‘wheel well’, the local police is investigating the matter. The police are surprised to see how the person got into the wheel of the plane and how did he die? The aviation company and the police department gave this information on Wednesday. ‘Wheel well’ is the empty space at the bottom of the aircraft in which the wheels of the aircraft close and reach after take off.
After the incident, the airline company ‘United Airlines’ said in an emailed statement that the body was found in the ‘wheel well’ of flight number 202, which arrived at Kahului Airport from Chicago on Tuesday. Seeing this, the airport staff and security agencies along with the passengers were stunned. The airline said that the wheel well of the ‘Boeing 787-10’ is accessible only from outside the aircraft and it is not clear how the person could have reached it. Maui police said in an emailed statement that they are thoroughly investigating the case after the body was found in the wheel well of the plane. (AP)
