Now veteran business tycoon Gautam Adani has revealed a secret related to work life balance. Chairman of Adani Group said that work life balance happens when you are also doing the work which you like to do. Adani is seen talking on many issues in the videos posted by news agency ANI. He said that he does not need special treatment from any party, he is ready to work with any party.
Everyone’s work life balance is different
Adani said, ‘If you are doing what you like, then there is work life balance in your life. Everyone’s work life balance is different. Neither can I impose my work life balance on you nor can you impose it on me. Everyone enjoys different things. A person must spend at least 4 hours with his family. Let us tell you that the debate on work life balance started after the statement of Infosys founder Narayan Murthy. Murthy spoke on India’s work productivity. He had said that if we have to compete globally and increase productivity, then the youth of India should work by giving extra time. Murthy insists on working 70 hours a week.
Infrastructure work is the most difficult
Gautam Adani said that working in the infrastructure sector is the most difficult. If it were easy everyone would do it. He said that this sector requires a lot of patience because it takes 10 years for you to get returns. Meanwhile, anyone can come and stop your work. So it is a difficult task.
We are not getting special treatment
Gautam Adani said that we are not getting any special treatment from the government. He said, ‘We do not need any kind of special treatment. We are operating in 25 states. Vizhinjam Port in Kerala is built at a cost of Rs 20 thousand crores. We are ready to work with any party, provided they are not doing any politics.
