In this context, Russia has also expressed condolences on the demise of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov has expressed deep condolences. He said that the demise of Dr. Manmohan is a moment of extreme sorrow and grief for India and Russia.
