The bank informed its customers that the changed rules will come into effect from February 1, 2025. These changes are going to affect the 811 savings account of the bank, which also includes the changed fees for banking services like demand draft and RTGS. This means that now you will have to pay more fees for these facilities. The bank has changed the fees for demand draft, RTGS, IMPS, check book and many other banking services.
According to the new rules, from February onwards, free ATM transactions will be adjusted based on the type of card and the city of operation. Not only this, the bank will increase or decrease the limit of free ATM transactions depending on the type of account.
Apart from this, the charges for cash pick-up have also been updated based on the transaction volume and the fees have been increased for higher amounts.
Now the bank will also charge its customers for additional check pick-up or delivery request if the monthly limit is exceeded. Therefore, it would be wise to know the increased fees before using these services.
