Apart from this, many types of rules have been made for coaching centres. In which now any teacher teaching in any coaching center will be required to have a graduation degree. Also, if the coaching center has claimed that they will make students IAS, IPS or doctors, then action will be taken against them also. It is often seen that coaching centers make misleading claims. Not only this, the coaching center will have to provide all types of information online.
If the coaching center violates any rule then a fine of Rs 25,000 will be imposed first, if the rule is broken again then a fine of Rs 1 lakh will be imposed. Even after this, if any coaching center violates the rules, its registration can also be cancelled.
