RSS has issued a statement claiming that Mahatma Gandhi and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar have joined the branches of the Sangh. According to the Sangh, Gandhi had visited a Sangh camp in 1934 while Ambedkar had visited a Sangh branch in 1940. Let us tell you that RSS has also shown a paper cutting in support of its claim.

RSS’s Vishwa Samvad Kendra issued a statement saying that Mahatma Gandhi had reached the RSS camp in Wardha in 1934. Let us tell you that this visit took place at a time when India was engaged in the freedom struggle, and Gandhiji’s thoughts had a deep impact on the entire country. Vishwa Samvad Kendra also said in its statement that Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution, had reached a branch of the Sangh in Karad in Satara district of Maharashtra on January 2, 1940 to pay a visit. During this, he met the volunteers of the Sangh and also addressed them.
