The accused brought her to the hotel after spending the night with his girlfriend. But I don’t know what happened between them that the young man killed the girl and ran away. The murder came to light when a foul smell started coming from the room in the morning.

On Sunday night of 18th August, a young man reached Hotel Preet Palace in Bareilly with his girlfriend. After this, a foul smell started coming from the room on Tuesday morning and the hotel staff became suspicious. After which police were called to the spot. As soon as he opened the room, even the police were stunned. The girl was murdered. The accused brutally killed him by stabbing him from 5 places. His throat was also slit.
Identification with Aadhaar Card
While booking the room in the hotel, the accused revealed his name as Alam and submitted the Aadhaar card. Whereas no ID was submitted in the girl’s name. However, a burqa was found near the body in the room, confirming that the girl was Muslim. When the police investigated, they found out that the boy’s name is Mohammad Alam and the name of the girl accompanying him is Shabbo. The accused was a resident of Azamnagar.
