Parveen Babi’s dead body kept rotting for 3 days
Parveen Babi died in her own house on 20 January 2005, but no one even came to know about it. His dead body continued to rot for 3 days. When the neighbors smelled the smell, the police were called. When the police broke the door of the house, Parveen’s body was seen lying on the bed and one of her legs had rotted due to gangrene. Parveen’s lover Kabir Bedi has mentioned the moments spent with Parveen and her last days in his autobiography Stories I Must Tell the Emotional Life of an Actor. Kabir has written in the book that after Parveen’s death, only her boyfriend Danny, Mahesh Bhatt and he attended her funeral. No Bollywood celebrity came to see him for the last time. Only a few of his relatives were present. Only three of us buried him.
Parveen Babi’s first film
Parveen Babi had gone to Ahmedabad to watch the shooting of a film. Where director BR Ishara saw her wearing a mini skirt and smoking a cigarette.
