Cold war has started once again in Jaipur Municipal Corporation Heritage. The councilors who joined BJP from Congress have opened a front against the current condition of the Municipal Corporation. On Wednesday, all the councilors who joined BJP from Congress held a meeting and demanded the formation of the executive as soon as possible. Along with this, he also warned of strict action if this did not happen.
Councilor Uttam Sharma said that there is widespread corruption in Municipal Corporation Heritage. Officials don’t even listen to councilors. There are irregularities in basic works ranging from lease to cleaning. The general public is getting worried. But there is no one in Municipal Corporation Heritage to monitor it properly. In such a situation, working committees should be formed as soon as possible. So that the general public does not have to face any kind of difficulty in completing their daily tasks.
Councilor Arvind Methi said that there is no one in Municipal Corporation Heritage to listen to the general public. Therefore, management committees should be formed in the municipality as soon as possible.
Councilor Jyoti Chauhan said that the Municipal Corporation is not running under the dictatorship of councilors but of selected officers. Not only we but most of the councilors of Municipal Corporation Heritage are troubled by this problem. In such a situation, councilors should be given the responsibility of keeping an eye on the officers. We have also conveyed our views on this matter to the government. We hope that the government will soon pay attention to our demands, but if it does not happen then we will be forced to take this tough decision.
During this, 7 BJP supported Congress councilors Zakaria Sheram, Manoj Mudgal, Uttam Sharma, Paras Jain, Arvind Methi, Jyoti Chauhan, Santosh Kanwar and former councilor’s son Sunil Meena were present in the meeting.
