According to the Meteorological Department, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand may once again have fierce snow and rain at the end of this month. At the same time, light to moderate rain may occur in many places in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, UP.
