To stay healthy and fit, it is very important that you should do physical activity like walking for some time, light workouts every day. Apart from this, get plenty of sleep. Due to lack of proper sleep, many health problems start occurring with weight gain. Let’s know what to do for good sleep.

Distance from electronic gadgets before bedtime
People have a habit of watching television before sleeping and especially in today’s time. People keep a phone near their head before sleeping. Sleep can break down in between and even after keeping the phone, there can be problems of not getting sleep for a long time. About an hour before going to bed, a laptop, phone or any screen electronic gadget should be distanced.

Take lukewarm water bath before sleeping
This is a great way for good sleep to take a bath with lukewarm water shortly before going to bed at night. This makes you feel very fresh and relaxed, as well as muscle fatigue reduces and you are able to get a good sleep.

Massage with oil
If you are not sleepy, keep your feet under lukewarm water for at least 20 minutes and then after wiping the feet well with a towel, massage it in the soles with an oil. It also gives good sleep by massaging the oil of seven of its feet with oil.

Bed time yoga is right
If you are not sleepy, then you can do bed time yoga. Like Buddha Konasana, Sukhasana, Shavasana, opposite Karan Asan, Balasan, etc. should be done. Apart from this, meditation should be done for some time daily to stay away from things like Angeli, Stress.
