This video of him is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which he himself is also treating patients while offering saline. Dr. Brajraj is the only doctor in this health center. Recently, his health deteriorated and he needed to offer saline.

However, when he saw that there was a long queue of patients in OPD and people are waiting for treatment, they worried about patients more than their health. Bypassing his illness, he continued his services and treated the patients continuously despite the needle needle in his hand.
