Iran New Ballistic Missile: Even though the western countries are upset about Iran’s ballistic missile program and are accusing him of destabilizing the Middle East. However, it is not seeing any effect on Iran. Iran has put a new ballistic missile in front of the world on Sunday. Iran said about its new missile that it is capable of covering a distance of 1700 km. The missile has been unveiled at a ceremony held in the presence of Iran’s President Masood Pipeskian.
Iran named the missile ‘Etemad’
Government television has broadcast the missile photos, which was called Etemad or ‘Trust’ in Persian. It was reported that the maximum limit of the missile is 1700 km (1,056 mi) and is the most recent ballistic missile built by the Iranian Ministry of Defense. It is the newest in Iran’s missile Jakhir and is capable of hitting Israel.
What did the President of Iran say?
“The purpose of the development of defense capabilities and space technologies is to ensure that no country dare to attack the Iranian region,” said in a television address, Iran’s President Masood Pipeshkian said in a television address. It is also worth noting that Tehran has indicated a desire to resume talks on his nuclear program, which has been a matter of tension with Western countries for decades.

Iran has arms reserves
There was a time when Iran used to get most of its military equipment from America but the situation changed after the 1979 Islamic revolution. Iran’s relations with the US deteriorated after which it has been forced to develop arms itself. Arms were banned during the war with Iraq between 1980 and 1988. Now Iran has adequate reserves of domesticly developed weapons including missiles, air defense systems and drones.
