Dividend Stock: Page Industries on Wednesday announced the third interim dividend of ₹ 150 per equity share for FY 2025 on Wednesday. It is Garments and Apparel Companies. Page Industries near Jockey International Inc. (USA) and Speedo are exclusive licenses for International. The company said in an exchange filing that its board of directors has approved the interim dividend in its meeting on 5 February.

Announcement of third interim dividend

The company said, ‘We inform you that in its meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the company has announced the third interim dividend of ₹ 150 per equity share for 2024-25. A record date for interim dividend payment has been set on 13 February 2025. The scheduled date of dividend payment is on or before 7 March 2025.

34% jump in profit

Page Industries recorded a 34 percent increase in a year-on-year (PAT) after tax in Q3Fy25, which was ₹ 204.7 crore. The company’s revenue increased by 7 percent to ₹ 1,313 crore for the third quarter. While Ebitda was ₹ 302.5 crore, which increased by 33.6 percent. During the third quarter, the company’s sales volume rose 4.7 per cent to 5.78 crores.

Sector facing short term challenges

MD of Page Industries, VS. Ganesh said, ‘We are fully prepared to capitalize on promising opportunities for development in future. Modern retail and e-commerce are consistently working as a powerful development engine. ‘ He said that the long -term development possibilities of the Indian apparel retail industry remain strong. He said, the Indian apparel retail sector is facing short -term challenges due to weak consumer spirit. Nevertheless, the possibilities of long -term development, inspired by economic expansion, urbanization and increasing disposable income, remain strong.
