New Delhi. In the case of illegal construction work in the house without passing the map, the administration has imposed a fine of Rs 500 on the fine on SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke. With this, the SP MP has been given an additional time of 7 days to file his reply. In fact, a notice was issued by the administration to SP MP Burke in the illegal construction case. The administration had asked him to present a map and other evidence, but despite repeated dates, documents were not submitted by the SP MP after which he has been imposed a penalty.
In this entire case, SDM Vandana Mishra of Sambhal said that two different notices have been sent to MP Burke from the administration but no reply was filed on his behalf. Now till 17 February, if the notice is not responded to by the SP MP, then the administration will decide what action should be taken against them. MP Burke is constructing a house in Deepa Sarai of Nakhasa police station area. Earlier on 20 December 2024, the illegally built stairs over the roadside drain outside the MP’s house were demolished by bulldozers.
In the Sambhal violence case, SP MP Burke has been accused by the police, for which investigation is going on against him. MP Burke had approached the Allahabad High Court demanding the cancellation of the FIR lodged by the police, although the court stayed his arrest but ordered the investigation to continue and the FIR did not reject the FIR. At the same time, a notice of fine of 1.91 crore has been sent to the SP MP on charges of power theft.
